lost/stolen/damaged packages:
Giftingshops is NOT responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Giftingshops is also NOT responsible for damaged packages/items that may occur while your package is in transit through various facilities. once a package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible.
unfortunately, everything is out of our control after your package is received by USPS. once package is in USPS hands it is out of ours.
