Returns



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For claims regarding items not received but post office shows delivery, you have 21 days of delivery to notify us of this issue otherwise we are not able to provide any further assistance.

For orders not received and post office shows no delivery, we can provide replacement order for your items.

RETURN TO SENDER SHIPPING FEE:

If your order is returned to us because the address was not valid or you did not pick up your item at the post office in the time allotted, we will have to charge you for the shipping that was paid for when sending your order.

INVALID ADDRESS RESEND SHIPPING FEE:

If your order is returned to us because the address was not valid or you did not pick up your item at the post office in the time allotted and we have to send you the order again, you will have to pay the shipping to resend your order.

CANCEL ORDER FEES:

Credit card processors are no longer refunding us the 2.3% transaction fee that they charge on all orders. If you order something from our website and you decide to cancel it, there will be a 2.3% fee for cancelling your order per our discretion (especially on orders over $200).
