processing time:

All our orders are shipped same day Monday -Friday please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be Delivered . We try our best to have your order shipped out ASAP. 

shipping: 

after your order has been processed, you will receive an email including your tracking information. all orders are shipped through USPS. 

due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing delays, please be patient.

lost/stolen/damaged packages:

Giftingshops is NOT responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Giftingshops is also NOT responsible for damaged packages/items that may occur while your package is in transit through various facilities. once a package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible. 

unfortunately, everything is out of our control after your package is received by USPS. once package is in USPS hands it is out of ours.

**IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE US WITH THE CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.**

if your package is returned to us, there will be a reshipping fee of $3.99 USD to send your package back to you.
